Fantastic Sponsorship Opportunity (Hurry Only a Few Holes Left)

Bingley St Ives have decided to allow companies/individuals to sponsor a Tee around the course. Sponsorship will take the form of an advertising banner 23 ins x 10 ins with printed colours, fonts and logo as you may require and will remain in place until the end of 2010 to be seen by our many members and visitors.

The cost for this sponsorship, which will last until 2010, is only £300 + VAT

A message from the Club Captain

Welcome to the Bingley St Ives Golf Club web-site. I trust that you will find it both useful and informative.

This year has been a difficult year in terms of course condition. The weather conditions were not conducive to Golf Course husbandry. However, due to the extremely hard work of all the green staff the course has, once again, lived up to it’s reputation and has been presented in beautiful condition all year. It is hard to believe that Nigel Barber is now into his third year as club professional. Nigel has continued to work extremely hard during the year and the results of his hard work can be seen by anyone who visits his well stocked shop. Our caterer, Gary Priestley continues to enhance his reputation by providing high quality catering at excellent prices giving superb value for money. Course improvements continue to be carried out and enhance the playability of the course.

Once again this year we will be running a full range of Open days to suit golfers of all ages, sexes and standards. These competitions are very popular so please, click on the “Open Days” link above and book early to avoid disappointment.

Bingley St Ives golf course offers a memorable days golf in marvelous surroundings. Our clubhouse complements the excellent course, which takes the golfer from from parkland, to woodland, to moorland and back again. There are superb views along the Aire valley, Rombolds Moor to the North and the magnificent Bronte Country is to the west.

In the 1980's the course was the venue for the Lawrence Batley International a major event on the PGA tour.
